Professional Garden and Landscape Project Management

Garden project management is the process of ensuring that a garden design comes to life in the best possible way, through clear communication between the designer, landscaping contractors and clients.

As part of our turnkey service, we include project management during the construction of your garden.  This involves a weekly or twice-weekly visit by either our lead designer Tom or lead landscaper Luke.  They will then send a report of the visit with detailed information about the progress of the build.  During the construction phase, both Tom and Luke will be in regular communication with the contractors to ensure that everything is carried out according to the design and to the highest specification.  In addition, both will be available at any time during the build to speak with the client if any questions arise.
