A Look at Our Four-Step Design-Build Process

  1. Consultation and Assessment: Before anything else, we’ll schedule an in-person assessment of your property, relative to the surrounding town, evaluate the sun and shade patterns, take measurements, do a soil assessment and collaborate with you to get a good idea of your vision for the space. 
  2. Species Selection and Masterplan: Once we have the site data and your preferences and goals, we can start creating more detailed plans to illustrate hardscape areas, water features and constructed elements like pergolas. This is also where we’ll make the master planting list, focusing on -round structure with clipped hedges, flowering bulbs and specimen trees.
  3. Materials and Costing: Before finalising, we’ll create accurate construction drawings and 3D renders, as well as material schedules and cost proposals to make sure that construction happens on time and under budget.
  4. Installation, Planting and Handover: Your project coordinator will handle every aspect of the actual installation, coordinating with all landscapers and tradespeople to deliver the walls, patios and planting that you’re expecting. During our final walkthrough, we’ll go over maintenance tips and tell you how to get the most from your new space.
